Fund Raising - Every Penny Counts!

Over 600 Canadians die in preventable water-related incidents every year. And about 50 people - mostly young men - break their necks as a result of diving into shallow water.

The Lifesaving Society is a national, charitable organization. Our mission is- to reduce drowning and water-related incidents for all Canadians. Donations to the Society assist the branch with our goal of drowning prevention.

As a self-financing registered charity, we raise funds to pay for initiatives to prevent drowning and water-related injury.

One of our most popular programs for donations is the New Horizons Fund. This fund provides financial support for this who are unable to take Lifesaving Society training.

PERSONAL DONATIONS

A personal donation to the Society is an excellent way to make a difference in terms of drowning prevention. Credit card donations and monthly contributions are welcomed.
