HRM Mayor helps commemorate National Drowning Prevention Week

Halifax Regional Municipality Mayor, Peter Kelly, Lifesaving Society President Krista Elvidge and Past President Alanna Robinson hoisted the Lifesaving Society flag at Halifax City Hall to commemorate National Drowning Prevention Week.
